HYSEN DIZDARI was born on July 29, 1958 in Tropoja.

In 1981 he completed the Military University in Tirana.

From 1993 to 2011, he has run private ventures in the field of books. From 2012 he works at a foreign company in Tirana.

Gathering, studying and the collection of postal stamps is his special passion. His research work mainly focuses on studying in the field of thematic philately such as Flora and Fauna and Maritime and Naval as well as the study of prominent National figures.

With his study work over the past 30 years in the field of philately he has achieved good results by publishing several books related to this field:

In 2011, he published the book “Vitamins and Minerals in Fruits and Vegetables”.

In 2017, he published the book “Marine Flora and Fauna in the Albanian stamps 1913-2017” (Albanian-English).

In 2018, he published the album-book “George Castriot Scanderbeg in the Albanian stamps 1913-2017” (Albanian-English).

In 2018, he published the album-book “Mother Teresa in the Albanian stamps 1913-2017” (Albanian-English).

In 2019, he published the album-book “Archaeology  in the Albanian stamps 1913-2018” (Albanian-English).

During these years he has published, in the print and electronic media, several articles in the field of the history of Albanian philately that are dedicated to the figure of our national hero George Castriot Scanderbeg.

Another important topic of his writings is the protection of marine and land flora and fauna, which today are threatened by human activity.
